TCs~Placing an order:

To be fully eligible to purchase products from By Nature you must be over 18 and must provide us with your real name, phone number, credit card details, email address, billing and shipping addresses. Please note that when shipping an order to an address different from your billing address we might decide to contact you or obtain information from third parties to verify your details. This is only to prevent your credit card and personal details from being used fraudulusly. An order is placed once you have pressed the "Order" button during the checkout process. At this time you enter a binding contract with By Nature. Once this contract takes effect you are bound to our Terms & Conditions. By Nature will acknowledge your order by sending you an email detailing the items your have purchased. Another email will be sent to you to confirm dispatch of your order. Your credit card will only be charged when your order is ready to be dispatched.

Cancelling your order:

You can cancel your order at any point before it is being shipped. If your credit card has already been charged we will refund it fully within 28 days.If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped please make sure that you follow our return policy and obtain RA (Return Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted and no refund will be made without a valid RA number.We reserve the right to cancel your order if the item(s) you require become(s) unavailable, and/or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment, and/or if we suspect that you are not eligible and/or if we suspect the order is being placed fraudulusly.

Payments:

We accept payments by credit cards (Visa/MasterCard /Switch…), By Nature's vouchers and cheques.When paying by cheque please allow 7 days for the cheque to clear before your order is being shipped. We can only accept cheques in British Pounds Sterling drawn on UK bank accounts. All returned checks are subject to a £20.00 banking fee. All transactions will be shown in British Pounds Sterling. If buying from abroad please note that we cannot be held responsible for the exchange rate used by your credit card issuer.

Gifts Vouchers:

Gifts Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be redeemed for products available from By Nature. They can only be redeemed once.Gifts Vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue. The expiry date is printed on each voucher.

Duties:

Please be aware that shipments dispatched outside the EEC might be subject to customs and import duties. It is your responsibility to check those duties beforehand with your local authorities and to pay them. Customs and import duties are not included in our prices so please make sure you account for them when placing your order.

Legal:

The use of By Nature's website and of our terms & conditions are governed by English law land you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

Make sure it is packed properly so that the contents are protected from any shipping damages (shipping, weather etc..)·We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please insure all returns for the full value of the contents and retain the postal and insurance receipts for your records.Please note that we will not accept returns for:· Merchandise that is not in its original packaging, and/or that has been worn, and/or soiled, and/or used, except in the case of manufacturers' defects. · We cannot accept any returns for items that have been damaged in the wash. Please make sure you follow manufacturers' washing instructions on garments' labels. · For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue any refunds or credits for colour cosmetics or skincare products. Please make your selections for these items carefully! · For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for food and drink items that have been opened and/or tasted. · For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue any refunds for any pierced jewellery. · For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue any refunds for any underwear, swimwear and nightwear that have been worn. · We cannot accept returns for items that have used outside their original intent of use. Please make sure you read and understand precautions and uses as detailed by the manufacturer · To obtain full refund, the item(s) you send back must be in its/their original saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. · Shipping charges for returns will not be reimbursed except in the case of manufacturers' defects or if there was a shipping error on our part. · If your original purchase was paid for with a credit card, the card number on file will be credited for the full amount of the unopened / unused merchandise. · If your original purchase was paid for with a check, the credit amount for your unopened/unused merchandise will be applied to your By Natura account and can be used toward future purchases. You will be notified via E-mail of the credit amount and the credit memo number. Refunds We will assess the overall condition of the item(s) being returned and will issue a credit accordingly. If the item you return cannot be resold at its original price we might decide not to refund the full amount you paid for. So please make sure you take every precautions possible to return the item(s) it its original and undamaged form and packaging. Once your return has been received, processed and accepted, we will refund your credit card within 30 days. If you have paid by cheque your By Nature account will be credited within 15 days.
