Terms & Conditions - Gift Experiences

1. Gift Experiences Vouchers may only be redeemed against gift experiences or products advertised on www.bynature.co.uk or listed on materials provided with the vouchers or available from our Providers that are available at the time of you making your order.

2. Where a Voucher is bought for a specific gift experience, you may not swap the Voucher to redeem it against a different gift experience.

3. Where a Voucher is bought for a specific gift experience and the Provider is not able to provide such experience for any reason within the availability period of the voucher, we will provide you either with a replacement Voucher with a face value of the price you paid for the original Voucher, or a Voucher for a any gift experience to the same value which may be redeemed for any gift experience advertised on our site and available at such time.

4. To book a gift experience, you should contact the Provider. If the Provider does not have availability for when required, you will be offered another time and date until an agreement is reached. Refunds will not be provided for failure to agree a time and date for an experience.

5. When booking a gift experience or ordering a product, you must provide the Provider with the expiry date for the Voucher and the secret code on the Voucher.

6. If you need to re-arrange the gift experience once it is booked with a Provider, you may only do so once. Beyond that the Provider may refuse to reschedule the gift experience and if so you will lose the right to redeem the Voucher and will not be entitled to any refund.

7. If you fail to arrive at the Provider’s premises at the time and date agreed with the Provider, the Provider may refuse to reschedule the gift experience and if so you will lose the right to redeem the Voucher and will not be entitled to any refund

8. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non transferable and non refundable.

9. Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we (and the Provider) reserve the right not to accept any Vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.

10. We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers and such Vouchers shall not be refunded.

11. Voucher quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified to us immediately. We will not be held responsible for shortage or loss of any Vouchers not notified to us within three days of delivery.

12. If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Vouchers. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Vouchers in accordance with our refunds policy set out in clause 10 below.

13. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Voucher(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received it/them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Vouchers while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

14. When you return a Voucher to us because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Voucher in full, including any cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
