Fairhaven is a unique 100% organic garden rich in wildlife. The Garden is an eclectic mix of native and cultivated plantings with a network of dyke systems and a private broad.

The Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden Trust has seen many changes since it opened to the public in 1975, however the aim has remained the same; to run the charity in a way that is responsible to the environment so that future generations can enjoy the garden as we do now. It affects the way all departments are run every day.

Your visit can completed by a 20 minute boat trip around the broad. It is a great way to see Kingfishers, Grebe and Swans or maybe even an Otter.

At the end of the day, relax in the tea room and enjoy a succulent cup of tea…

All year around-Except Christmas-March – November: 10am - 5pm
Extended opening during May, June, July and August: Wednesday and Thursday until 9pm
